Veterinary Consent

In the UK it is illegal to carry out massage therapy on a dog without veterinary consent. This is to comply with the Veterinary Surgeons Act 1966 and the Veterinary Surgery (Exemptions) Order 2015.

Certain conditions, such as epilepsy, cancers and recent surgery, can make massage therapy harmful to your dog. That is why I will always seek your vet's approval prior to treatment.  

To meet this legal requirement I will require a signed Veterinary Consent Form which can be downloaded below. This completed form must be emailed to me prior to your dog's first treatment session.
